The combination of the Optoquop sensor with the Tidus Lumio creates a new type of system architecture in the field of analytical Raman measurements in potentially explosive environments.
The Tidus Lumio is a Raman probe with an integrated laser light source that has been specially designed for use in explosion-protected areas and comes with all the necessary approvals ex works. The connection to the intelligent Raman sensor Optoquop is made directly via a single fiber optic cable. This makes it particularly easy to carry out Raman measurements in potentially explosive atmospheres, where the Optoquop itself can also be installed outside the hazardous area.
Versatile probes for every application
Selecting the optimum probe for your process is essential. This allows you to ensure that your system always meets the highest requirements and works efficiently. The Tidus Flex probes from Hellma are fully compatible with the Optoquop Raman system. The probes offer a very high degree of flexibility due to their design and can be optimally adapted to the respective process environment.
The highly specialized and powerful measuring heads for solids, liquids and gases are suitable for immersed or non-contact measurements and ensure safe operation even at high pressures over a wide temperature range. The probe is connected to the Optoquop and the integrated laser unit via fiber optic cables. Various light sources are available - certified for explosion-proof areas on request.
